Exceptional happy hour! The agua chiles and the smashburger are a great value and extremely flavorful. Space heaters made dining nice and comfortable. Great spot to catch up with friends and coworkers.

Enjoyed a delightful dinner with Family. Gravity Heights has a bustling ambiance. Although it was busy we were whisked to your table without delay. The attentive service from our waitress added to the the enjoyment. The menu prices raised an eyebrow, on our culinary journey featuring the Crab Crusted Halibut, Mac & Cheese, and Meatloaf Dinner. The food just didn't hit the right mark and was only average. The best part about the Halibut dish was the Romain lettuce with its light citrus dressing. However, the tantalizing sips of the Hip Cowboy & Bikini Bottom drinks made up for it a bit. Despite the minor hiccup with pricing, your evening was great.

Visited this for a work meetup and was pleasantly surprised with the location,aesthetics,prompt and attentive services and food!!!! The cauliflower and pizza were cooked to perfection & melted in mouth! Must recommended,Im gonna visit again!

We went for brunch, and it was a great choice. All the food was very good, and while there was a mistake with my order the waitress was very quick to fix it and really nice about it. Would highly recommend the ricotta pistachio donut holes, and the make your own mimosa is an awesome deal - we got around 3 drinks each for four people from it (maybe 1-2 if you do a very heavy pour). The outside space is really nice, and the whole restaurant is very spacious, so it was probably one of the only places I've been that was genuinely easy to get around in a wheelchair - no fuss, struggle, or awkwardly tight spots. The doorways are also wide and easy to pass through. I'll definitely be going back!

Loved the ambience and food at Gravity Heights! The place is quite refreshing and spacious. We tried the falafel burger, summer squash pizza (forgot the exact name, it's seasonal) and the Mac & cheese from kids menu. All dishes were delicious. This is indeed one of the best restaurants in Mira mesa / Sorrento valley neighborhoods.

It’s a testament to how proper frying technique and seasoning can elevate a simple dish to something exceptional. Paired with a soft buttermilk biscuit, perfectly cooked eggs, and a sage-laced sausage gravy that, surprisingly, hits just the right portion mark, this plate manages richness without overwhelming. Every bite is layered and satisfying. Mimosa – 5/5 A solid, refreshing brunch classic. The best part? It’s simple, fresh, and just right for a sunny San Diego morning. Atmosphere & Service – 5/5 The vibe at Gravity Heights is unmistakably San Diego: relaxed, modern, and unpretentious. It strikes the right balance between trendy and welcoming, without feeling like it’s trying too hard for the ‘Gram. Sitting at the bar gave a front-row view of the action, where the bartenders were impressively multitasking without ever compromising on attentiveness or friendliness. Food and drinks arrived promptly, and the entire experience felt smooth and well-paced. Final Verdict From the crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside donut holes to the expertly fried chicken and sunny mimosa, Gravity Heights nails both flavor and vibe. Can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner. Hidden in Sorrento Valley, this spot has such a great vibe and awesome layout. Service was excellent, the vegan options were delicious, and I loved the fun mocktail menu. Definitely a new go-to.

Great place for drinks and elevated bar food. We usually do a group meetup for happy hour here. They have specials on drinks and food. Our server and the kitchen staff were great at getting our drinks and orders out quickly. Their prickly pear Margarita was so pretty and delicious. We ordered tuna salad appetizer and that was pretty good though I wish it came with normal less flavorful crackers rather than buttery Ritz crackers. We ordered pita bread with the hummus and we all really liked the naan-like pitas. The chicken wings were crunchy and the pepperoni pizza was a good size. The Carmel budino was a bit too runny and not like other thicker budinos I've had elsewhere. It was a bit disappointing. The cookie in the cast iron pan was so good! Order one if you like shift gooey chocolate chip cookies.
